Selection Process
Part of the fun of buying a new home is selecting colors and finish materials. You have a wide range of selections that are included in the home, but we also offer a great selection of Custom Choices (upgrades), which are items that are already pre-priced for you. Here’s a little more about making selections:
How long do I have to make selections?
All selections should be finalized within 16 calendar days of signing the Purchase Agreement and no later that the Pre-Construction Meeting. Check with your Sales Consultant on the process for making selections.
Note: The construction stage of the home will affect the availability, cost and feasibility of selections.
Decorator Finishes
Are there any custom features available? In addition to reviewing available options and upgrades and making the usual color choices, you may select custom features to incorporate into your home. We’ll assist them in making these decisions prior to the Pre-Construction Meeting, which occurs prior to start of the home. Can I make changes to their choices once the Purchase Agreement has been signed?Yes, however, in order to minimize construction delays, many items for the home are ordered well in advance of installation. Once a particular item is ordered, making further changes may not be possible without significant delays and additional costs.
